Hello ladies! Happy Thursday! I just finished putting together this little workout and I couldn’t wait to share it with you! One thing that I have always loved about myself are my legs. I definitely got my mamma’s beautiful legs and so I try and keep them as nice and toned as I can. Whether you are just starting to work out again after the little one’s escape from your womb, or you have reintroduced yourself to your yoga mat or hand weights months ago, this is a great workout for any level. One thing I love about AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible) workouts is that the pace is completely up to you, for whatever level you are at. Try this workout and let me know what you think!
(**Pre-natal mommies, you are welcome to try this as well, but take it slow and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. I did this workout when I was about 24 weeks along, and it took me a lot longer than usual. Lots of breaks, but I still got it done)
